As a Delivery Manager of IT, I serve as the primary engagement point of contact and resource manager to oversee overall software delivery and performance in financial, data, entertainment, and Ad technology lines of business in Agile, waterfall and hybrid methodologies.

  • Oversee and manage development team skilled in REACT, GraphQL, full stack Java, Python, Automation framework with Selenium, API, and microservices running on AWS cloud platforms.

Software Quality Assurance Supervisor/Project Manager– (Apr. 2015 – Dec. 2016)

As a Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Supervisor I provided leadership and direction for all SQA functions performed by contractors and employees. Support business process end to end testing in Waterfall and Agile, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Collaborate with SAP CoE, Oracle CoE, CRM, SalesForce.com, Quality Management Systems (QMS), and .NET teams to support testing activities for out of the box and custom developed solution deliveries. Collaborate with the Computer Systems Validation (CSV) team, Business Relationship Management (BRM) teams in gathering requirements by attending business meetings, software evaluation, test planning, test execution, meeting PMO gates to successfully meet the project milestones and deliverables.

  • Responsible for management of 60 contractors, consultants and onsite/offshore managers and supervisors supporting SAP, HCM, Success Factors, BASIS, , custom developed .NET applications, CRM, QMS, CAPA, and Integration of bolt-on applications.
  • Manage offshore/onshore testing teams in US, EMEA, and APAC locations delivering SAP and custom developed solutions to surgeons treat their patient better.
  • Totally responsible and accountable for overseeing and developing the test strategy, test plan, testing schedule, setup HP ALM repository, work with the BRM and CSV team members, develop test cases, test case approvals, test case execution, and defect management.
  • Fully responsible for selecting vendors, resources, onboarding, security clearance verification, access control and collaboration with the PMO/VMO teams.
  • Chairs the weekly change control board (CCB) meetings to provide approvals and justification of tested software.

Hands on experience managing overall quality assurance (QA) including test strategy, test planning, risk management, defect management and data management for large scale projects using waterfall and agile methodology.
