Dr. Lily Davidov joined Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Department of Business, Prescott Campus - Fall 2016. Prior to that, Dr. Davidov was online adjunct faculty at ERAU Worldwide Campus.  

Dr. Davidov completed her formal studies of the Doctor of Business of Administration and her dissertation was on Entrepreneurial Orientation as a strategic initiative of the firm. Additionally, she has a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science in Global Business from Arizona State University. Dr. Davidov comes from a long heritage of international entrepreneurs and is fluent in Russian.

Area of research: Entrepreneurial Orientation, global perspective, inner wisdom, leadership tactics, auditing, and teaching accounting to iGENERATION
