Hello! My name is Bob Miller. I currently work as a consultant providing services for Organizational Development. First and foremost, I would like to provide you with my employment background. My career primarily focused on management as well as education. I have early-retired from United Parcel Service (UPS) with 25 years of service. I primary served in a Strategic Business Development capacity. Additionally, I have been an active faculty member with various colleges since 1997. My educational background I am equally proud of. My undergraduate degree is from the University of Central Florida. My graduate degree is a Masters of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and I have accomplished a Doctorate in Organizational Behavior from Nova Southeastern University, Ft Lauderdale, Florida in 2004. I have four children with my wonderful wife of thirty-five years. My oldest daughter is married and graduated with a master’s degree from the University of Florida (Go Gators) as a Physician Assistant. My oldest son graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Miami (Go Hurricanes). My younger daughter has a degree in Communications from the University of Florida (another Gator) and finally, I have a 21-year old son in junior college studying Graphic Design. We as a family enjoy going to the beach, boating, surfing, paddle boarding, fishing, and being together.
