Dr. Tim Malone is an adjunct faculty member. He has taught hundreds of classes online since starting teaching online in 1998. He is a seasoned instructor of undergraduate, graduate and post graduate marketing and management courses. Dr. Malone helps students apply current marketing theories and practices to real world applications. He has written and instructed several undergraduate and graduate level marketing classes which were taught in the classroom and online.

Dr. Malone‚Äôs primary research interests are creation of sustainable superior customer value and social media selling.  For the last ten years, Dr. Malone has been a reviewer for The Qualitative Report, and he continues his decade long work as a university research reviewer.

Dr. Malone live in Oracle, Arizona with his wife Julee. They enjoy resort living and very much appreciate visits from their three grown daughters and grandsons.  He enjoys his affiliation with the University of Arizona extension as a master gardener.

Dr. Tim Malone has over 25 years of practical marketing management and sales management experience. His decade long consulting career specialized in performance improvement in marketing and sales management with emphasis on sustainable competitive advantage through perceived superior customer value. Dr. Malone has worked with manufacturing companies, services companies, international wholesale distributors, multiple retail organizations both domestically and internationally, internet service providers, software companies, franchisors, and universities.

Dr.Malone was inducted into the American Academy of Florists in 1984

Dr. Malone became a Certified Hotel Administrator through the National Hotel and Motel Association 1998
