Biography
Wayne White is an entrepreneur, inventor and space law expert based in Denver, Colorado. He is the author of the Space Pioneer Act draft legislation, which includes real property rights, mining law and salvage law for outer space. He is also the Founder and CEO of SpaceBooster LLC, a start-up aerospace technology company. Mr. White graduated from Chapman University, received a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from U.C. Riverside, and received his law degree from U.C. Davis. He is the author of many published space law articles, and a frequent speaker in the field of national and international space law. In 2003 he had the honor of representing the United States as a member of the U.S. delegation to the UN Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space, Legal Subcommittee. Mr. White has also been employed as Associate Campus Counsel at UCLA and as Associate Director of the National Remote Sensing and Space Law Center (now the Center for Air & Space Law) at the University of Mississippi School of Law. Mr. White is the sole inventor of two patented technologies, a modular structure for human habitation on the Moon or Mars, and an interplanetary spacecraft suitable for a human-crewed mission to Mars. He is an Associate Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics and a former Director of the National Space Society.Education
