Andrea L Irish

Dr. Andrea Irish teaches a wide variety of courses in psychology and is currently developing and creating a course in Aviation Psychology. Her interest and expertise fall under the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology.  Her research is in organizational laws, discrimination, hiring processes and selection, training and development, and crew resource management in Aviation. Dr. Irish has been teaching at ERAU's Prescott Campus since August 2016. Dr. Irish's office is located in the Academic Complex 1 (Bldg. 74) in room 307.

Andrea received her MBA from University of Phoenix and her Ph.D. in General Psychology with an Emphasis in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the Grand Canyon University.
