Brandon Young

Brandon Young was named Embry‑Riddle Aeronautical University Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer in August 2013. He provides leadership and strategic direction for the operations of the university Human Resources team that supports over 3,000 employees throughout the U.S., Europe and Asia. Embry‑Riddle has residential campuses in Daytona Beach, FL, and Prescott, AZ, plus robust online and extended campus operations through the Worldwide campus.

Brandon has been with Embry‑Riddle since 1998. He has held various roles within the HR department, including Manager of Employee Relations, Executive Director and Associate Vice President. He has also been an adjunct professor for the College of Business at both the Daytona Beach and Worldwide Campuses.

Brandon has a B.S. degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. He earned his Doctor of Business Administration - Human Resources from Liberty University. He also holds certifications from both the Human Resources Certification Institute and the Society of Human Resource Management.
