I earned my undergraduate BS in Environmental Science from Troy University in Troy, AL, and later received an MBA from Troy University. I have worked in project management in some shape or form for most of my professional career. Currently, I am a Senior Program Implementation Consultant in the fintech industry (financial technology) focusing on large capital improvement projects. I believe that learning and understanding will lead to positive change in ourselves, and ultimately our communities. John Dewey said, "Education, therefore, is a process of living and not a preparation for future living.”
My role is to support and guide students through each course. My goal is to be very responsive and encourage students in their personal learning and career path.
My Principle of Teaching: I am committed to maximizing student learning
while creating a positive space for excellence in education.
