Bio:
Ph.D. in Organization and Management from Capella University. MBA and Master of Science in Technology Management from the University of Maryland University College. Additionally, I hold a certification as a Chief Information Officer from the Federal CIO Counsel.
My background is in information technology with the federal government as well as management and leadership. I have been teaching online since 2011.
