Biography

Dr. Hutchison is the senior vice president of services and chief information security officer (CISO) at Pondurance and has over 25 years' of experience in information security, risk management and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Pondurance, Dustin was a risk and compliance professional focusing on the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Payment Card Industry (PCI) and risk assessments for new technology acquisitions ranging from infrastructure solutions to patient care devices. 

Dustin holds a B.S. in Computer and Information Technology, an MBA and a Ph.D. with a dissertation topic focusing on cloud computing in healthcare.

Dustin is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard Qualified Security Assessor (PCI DSS QSA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), GIAC Certified Forensic Analyst (GCFA), GIAC Certified Forensic Examiner (GCFE), Certified CSF Practitioner (CCSFP), and holds the CompTIA Security+ certification.
