Dr. Spruill has taught at several colleges and universities over the past several years. In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I am a retired United States Army First Sergeant and I work full time for the Federal Government as a Manager. I am also a Speaker/Coach, Real Estate Investor, Author, and more importantly a family man.  I have been in the Information Technology field for over 30 years and have held positions as Network and Systems Administrator, Project/Program Manager, Director, and numerous other IT and leadership positions. In my Army career I have been a Drill Sergeant, Military Police, Signal soldier, Chemical Operations Soldier, and many other roles.


I am an avid family man which includes my son who is an Army Captain currently stationed at Ft Campbell KY, a daughter currently living in Pennsylvania, my 12 year old daughter who is the apple of my eye, two granddaughters, one grandson, and my incredible wife.  We live in Charles County Maryland and love to travel as often as possible. Can't wait for us to be through with this pandemic!!!

I hold a Bachelors in Business and Information Systems, MBA with a concentration in Global Management, and a Doctorate of Management degree from the University of Phoenix with a focus on Organizational Leadership.
