Biography
Elliot Robinson is a faculty of the practice instructor and a product and project development manager for the Worldwide College of Business. Mr. Robinson holds master's and bachelor's degrees in Software Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Prior to his academic career, he owned and operated Argiope Technical Solutions LLC, a technical consulting firm.
Mr. Robinson specializes in information technology, focusing on software engineering, software development, systems administration, and cloud architecting. His expertise lies in full-cycle software development, nix system administration, high-performance software and functional programming languages.
Mr. Robinson joined Embry-Riddle as a faculty member in 2017 to teach cloud application development for the Microsoft Software and Systems Academy, a Department of Defense (DoD) SkillBridge program taught in partnership with Microsoft Corporation. He served as the academic program manager for that program from 2019 until its sunset at the end of FY 2020-21. From 2021 to 2022, he developed and taught the Applied Information Technology SkillBridge Program. Since then, he has focused on developing new products and internal tooling for the College of Business.
