Dr. Graydon Vadas is an adjunct professor at the College of Business.

Dr. Vadas holds a Ph.D. in Employee and Industrial Relations from Walden University and an M.B.A. from Pace University. Prior to teaching, he held several executive positions with IBM in marketing, finance and manufacturing. In addition, he founded three companies: two were business consulting firms specializing in mergers and acquisitions, and one specialized in bringing new technologies to the marketplace.

Beyond his business and teaching achievements, he is active in his community. He founded and manages a non-profit organization that raises capital for programs supporting the prevention of child abuse. He is also a bridge instructor on Cunard cruises and has traveled the world teaching bridge.
