Biography
Dr. Jialing Huang is an assistant professor in the Department of Humanities & Communication. She has over 10 years of teaching experience in higher education and has previously taught at universities in the U.S. and China. Her research focuses on strategic environmental communication, exploring how media shape public understanding of environmental risks. She is especially interested in exploring people’s moral responses to media messages.
Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, traveling and spending time with her daughter.
