This includes Strategic Business planning and International trade development and Marketing. This has included the supervision of 1-3 part-time employees during the last 10 years.    In addition, I have over twenty years of progressive strategic management responsibility. For thirteen years of my career, I managed the international operations, logistics and marketing research of a medium-sized, high technology company with subsidiaries in Europe, Asia and the Middle East and customers in eighteen countries. About forty to fifty percent of this company's revenues were from international operations (see next work history item below).   My responsibilities included travel throughout Europe and other regions of the world to manage subsidiary operations, negotiate export and marketing strategies, oversee compliance strategies and to work closely with both expatriate and foreign national employees. I am proficient in German and Russian and worked in both countries.      I have managed strategy development in the high-tech industry including export licensing strategy, logistics management strategies, government compliance strategy, market research strategy, international operations strategies, software development strategy, hardware and inventory strategy, legal and audit strategy, tax and compliance strategies, strategic management, insurance and risk management strategies, project management success strategies and human resource & corporate training strategies. Additionally, I am well acquainted with current software such as spreadsheet programs and team collaboration software (Zoom, Adobe Connect etc.), including internet and social media applications. I am experienced with business start-up strategies, strategic management tools, strategy implementation, as well as business ethics strategies and practices. I have been in charge of corporate strategic program development and implementation for my own international trade, consulting firm since 1996. In addition to working with clients, I have conducted business seminars for local organizations and have developed business strategy training courses for companies and government organizations. I have developed over several months, a Management course for start-ups and those interested in improving their management skills.
