Professional Experience
As a consultant, provided Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) consulting services to a diverse set of companies across all industries ranging from energy to construction. Assisted these companies in identifying and assessing regulatory liabilities and risks while aiding in the development of solutions to complex EHS issues. Conducted on-site inspections to identify risks involving life safety, commercial liability, and process safety. In addition, was responsible for managing multidisciplinary project teams of employees and contractors on both general industry and construction projects. Advised project teams in developing strategies for regulatory compliance and established EHS compliance programs for clients operating with nationwide and global footprints. Provided training services to help clients meet their occupational health, safety and environmental goals and reduce/eliminate non-compliance events including OSHA compliance, injury prevention, and loss control and prevention. Assisted clients with administering and ensuring compliance within ISN-Net, Avetta, Veros, Ariba, Veriforce, TPS Alert, DISA, DOT, insurance vendor polices, workers compensation polices, and vendor specific platforms. As a partner, authored EHS program documents, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Job Safety Analyses (JHAs), Risk Management Plans (RMP), and Site-Specific Health & Safety Plans (HASPs) for clients. Served as a Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) and Quality Control System Manager (CQM-C) for US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) construction projects.
