Biography
Dr. Lin Zhao earned a Ph.D. in Management from Case Western Reserve University, along with a Master of Economics in Quantitative Economics and Management, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Systems Engineering from Tianjin University, China. Her recent research endeavors have centered around the emerging fields of big data analytics and IT-enabled learning innovations, specifically in the area of e-Learning. Currently, Dr. Zhao serves as the Senior Associate Dean and Professor of Information Systems at the David B. O'Maley College of Business.Education
