Biography
Dr. Mahmood Mousavi received his PhD in Aerospace Engineering from Shiraz University. His research focuses on combustion, compressible flow, SciML, and multiphase flow dynamics under extreme conditions. Following his doctoral studies, he served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Seoul National University and the University of Texas at Austin and then he served as an Assistant Teaching Professor at Bowling Green State University for one year. He joined Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University as an Assistant Professor. Dr. Mousavi has published more than 40 peer-reviewed papers in leading journals and has reviewed more than 300 papers for ISI indexed journals.
