Biography
Matthew Harris is a recognized thought leader on space policy and strategy as well as space infrastructure development and the integration of systems into current and future space architectures. He has spent two decades working for government agencies in areas of strategic planning, programmatic support, and subject matter expertise including the National Defense University, United States Space Force, Missile Defense Agency, and Department of Homeland Security.
He is the Space Focus Area Lead for QinetiQ blending mission services, consulting and transformation expertise, and data and technology solutions to advance National Space enterprise capabilities including space economy and infrastructure development. He is also the Director of Strategy and Governance for Beyond Earth Institute creating and sustaining legal and policy frameworks to enable vibrant human communities beyond Earth.
