I have been teaching at ERAU since 1998, both in the classroom and online modalities.  I went to the ERAU, Daytona Beach Campus and earned my Bachelor's in Aviation Business, and Masters in Aviation Business.  Currently, I am finishing up my dissertation on the transformation of a follower to a leader to complete my Ph.D. work.   I have held several positions in my career, from my current job as an FAA Air Traffic Controller Supervisor, to medical office manager, concert pianist, marketing contract to several business.   I own my own business, and have been in the entry market SBA for over two decades.  Recently, I was the manager for Safety Management Policy and Training with the Air Traffic Organization.  Currently, I am the Support Manager for Training and Quality Control at San Juan CERAP, in Carolina, Puerto Rico.  In addition, I am the District Support Manager for South Florida and the Caribbean for all Quality Control Matters and some Training Initiatives as well.  I look forward to many more years of federal service, and my continued support of ERAU students worldwide.
