Nazir Gandur

Dr. Nazir Laureano Gandur is a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Aerospace Engineering in the Department of Aerospace Engineering at the Prescott College of Engineering at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, Arizona. His primary work is teaching classes and conducting research. With a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University and licensure as a Professional Engineer in Texas, Dr. Gandur has made notable contributions to engineering, including: uncertainty quantification, neural networks, aerospace, aeronautical, structural health diagnosis and prognosis, engineering design and orthopedic biomechanics. Dr. Gandur is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics and Tau Beta Pi.
