Dr. Pak Keng Koh is currently the Director of ECK Pte Ltd, a company which specializes in providing cold spray equipment and services. Dr. Koh is also a registered management consultant under the Enterprise Singapore Consultant Quality Initiative framework and acts as a consultant for numerous companies seeking AS9100 Quality Management System and Nadcap special process certification, specifically in the areas of thermal spray, chemical processing and heat treatment. Concurrently, Dr. Koh is a content developer and examination writer for Performance Review Institute (PRI) which administers the PRI Qualification training programmes and the Nadcap special process certification.

Prior to joining ECK Pte Ltd, Dr. Koh was the Head of the Aerospace Cluster in the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), overseeing 3 undergraduate aerospace programmes, namely the Bachelor of Engineering Aerospace Systems, Bachelor of Science in Aviation Maintenance and Bachelor of Science in Aviation Business Administration. 

Before joining the SUSS, Dr. Koh served as a design engineer for General Electric Aviation with Federal Aviation Authority-Designated Engineering Representative (FAA-DER) authorization and hardware ownership of aircraft engine structural components; and subsequently as the plant manager of a local enterprise, ADCT Technologies Pte Ltd, which offers plasma spray, electric arc spray coatings, anodizing and chemical cleaning services. 

Dr. Koh graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical), Master of Engineering and Doctor of Philosophy in 1998, 2000 and 2016 respectively. 

Dr. Koh enjoys spending time outdoors with his three children. In his spare time, he reads, runs and swims.
