Philippe Michael Smith brings over 25 years of experience in the space industry, built upon a strong technical foundation of graduate-level education and military service. His expertise spans space industry analysis, market forecasting, astroculture, astrofuturism, aerospace history, nuclear weapons technology, industrial hygiene, clinical laboratory studies and policy analysis.

In addition to conducting research and developing in-depth analyses, Smith excels at transforming complex information into clear, high-quality deliverables, including reports, briefings, wall charts and infographics. Combining analytical rigor with artistic skill, he offers innovative solutions from conceptualization to final delivery, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of clarity and impact.

Since 2003, Smith has served as a tour guide at the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum, sharing his passion for aerospace history with the public. In 2024, he was appointed as a commissioner on the Manassas Regional Airport Commission, further demonstrating his commitment to advancing the aerospace community.
