I am a licensed attorney and previously practiced corporate and regulatory law at Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis, PLLC, in Nashville, TN.  I have been teaching law for 20 years and have developed a great passion for teaching.  I began teaching Business and Contract Law as an adjunct instructor in Tennessee in 2003.  In 2008, I was hired as the Director of a Legal Studies Program, as well as teaching Professional Leadership and Ethics courses.  My husband is a retired Master Chief from the U.S. Navy (2023), and we relocated from NAS Lemoore, CA in 2010, to NAF Atsugi, Japan in 2014, to Eglin AFB, Florida in January 2017, and back to NAS Lemoore, CA in June 2019.  My husband officially retired from the Navy on December 31, 2023, and is currently working as a Sr. Principal Engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation. We moved to Melbourne, Florida in June 2023, and are excited to finally put down roots in this beautiful seaside community.

I proudly teach as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Aviation/Aerospace Law, Aviation Law and Risk Management, Aviation Legislation, and Business Law at ERAU-Worldwide. I also have experience teaching Bankruptcy Law, Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedures, Employment Law, Health Care Law, Law and Technology, Legal Aspects of Management, Legal Environment of Business, Legal Ethics, Legal Issues for the Web, and Special Topics in Legal Research.

My husband and I have a 19-year-old son, a 13-year-old daughter, and five spoiled fur babies (three dogs and two cats).  In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, taking walks with our dogs, reading, yoga, swimming, and walking on the beach. Being originally from Tennessee, we are also avid Tennessee Vols fans!
