Shiva is an Entrepreneurial Business Growth Leader, Board Member and Executive Advisor to boards, with experience in providing strategic direction in incubating and scaling technology/internet/telecom businesses from $0>$B. He also has non-profit Board Member experience. He is a startup mentor/coach and runs a venture growth consulting firm called Varidus in Singapore after spending 25 years in large firms like HPE, Microsoft, Fujitsu and smaller venture-backed technology startups. Shiva loves the aviation industry and spent his initial career in a think tank department of a leading Global Airline and consulted on Digital Transformation and Innovation with leading Asian Airlines. Shiva is a former member of the Singapore Institute of Directors where he was part of the membership and revenue growth sub-committees.
