Biography
Dr. Stephanie Douglas is an Associate Professor in the Management Department with the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University College of Business. She teaches courses in leadership, organizational resilience, decision-making, and organization design. Her research focuses on organizational effectiveness, organization design, organizational resilience, and strategic human resource management. Dr. Douglas also serves as an organization development consultant focused on organization design, change management, and building organizational resilience. She has supported aviation and aerospace industries, healthcare organizations, non-profit organizations, and military units through strategic leadership in managing change and designing human-centered organizations.
