Wayne White is an entrepreneur, inventor, and space law expert based in Pueblo, Colorado. He is the author of the Space Pioneer Act, a draft legislation addressing real property rights, mining law, and salvage law for outer space. As the Founder and CEO of SpaceBooster LLC, a startup specializing in aerospace technology, he is actively contributing to advancements in the industry.

Mr. White holds a Master of Business Administration from U.C. Riverside and a law degree from U.C. Davis. A recognized authority in space law, he has authored numerous published articles and frequently speaks on national and international space law topics. In 2003, he was honored to represent the United States as a member of the U.S. delegation to the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space, Legal Subcommittee.

His career includes roles as Associate Campus Counsel at UCLA, Associate Director of the National Remote Sensing and Space Law Center (now the Center for Air & Space Law) at the University of Mississippi School of Law, and Manager of Contracts and Purchasing at Oceaneering Space Systems in Houston.

A prolific inventor, Mr. White holds patents for two groundbreaking technologies: a modular structure for human habitation on the Moon or Mars and an interplanetary spacecraft designed for human-crewed missions to Mars. He is an Associate Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics and a former Director of the National Space Society.
