Thirty six years professional aviation experience at FedEx Express with 34 of these in management. During this tenure, I have traveled extensively to international locations and dealt with and/or negotiated with government officials as well as suppliers.


         Administer an operating budget of approximately $20MM.

Sr. Manager, Flight Operations Services (1994-2014)

         To plan, organize, direct and control the International and Domestic support functions of the Flight Operations Division relating to all Flight Services in our major domiciles, both International and Domestic. Weather Services, Flight Planning/Scheduling, World-Wide Overfly and Landing Rights, Jumpseat Reservations, Crew Transportation & Hotels, Crew/Aircraft Electronic Flight Manuals and Charts, Ramp Tower Operations along with world-wide aircraft communications (ACARS).  Department consisted of six reporting managers and over 150 exempt and non-exempt employees handling both International and Domestic locations. Administer an annual operating budget of approximately 20.0 million dollars.
