Eric A Vaden

I have over 25 years of experience working in the human factors field.  I have worked on everything from software usability for the U.S. Army and Microsoft to the redesign of home interiors for people with mobility impairments.  My last job prior to joining the University full-time was a program manager position for Flight Safety International (FSI) in which I coordinated computer-based training system development to support pilot and maintenance training for Gulfstream aircraft and designed classrooms for new FSI learning centers.  I am currently the undergraduate program coordinator for both the human factors and aerospace physiology programs.  I have been teaching at ERAU for over 20 years.
